Zenpack accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receiving your products. All returns must have been purchased directly from www.zenpack.us, be in “like-new” condition, and complete with ALL original packaging. Please contact hello@zenpack.us for the return process.
Our products are designed in Sunnyvale, California and made at our facilities in China.
We try to ship out all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Shipping takes about 2-5 days depending on your location.
Once your order processes, our system will automatically send you an email with the tracking number. If you have a problem with the shipment, please email us at hello@zenpack.us.
Yes, but there will be an extra shipping charge. Please email us at hello@zenpack.us with your shipping address, and we’ll get back to you with a shipping cost.
