Our products are designed in Sunnyvale, California and made at our facilities in China.

We try to ship out all orders as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Shipping takes about 2-5 days depending on your location.

Zenpack accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receiving your products. All returns must have been purchased directly from www.zenpack.us, be in “like-new” condition, and complete with ALL original packaging. Please contact hello@zenpack.us for the return process.
